A lovely oasis of calm

Really pretty and private hotel. Room was nicely decorated and bed was comfortable. Loved the pool and the breakfast was delicious. Staff were really helpful and spoke excellent English.

The room was near reception so a little noisy in the morning. Room and bathroom didn't have windows so there was damp.

Could do with more sound-proofing between rooms...unfortunately a young child was trying to shatter glass one of our nights here, impressive decibel levels.

Not value for money

- The room was nicely furnited, it was really clean. -Location was good, right in the centre of the oldtown. -The pool was good enough to cool down but thats about it.

-Breakfast was pretty bad.. I ordered Eggs Benedict with Tomatoes and Asparagus as elel as Hollandaise sauce, I got 2 poached eggs and pickles on top... when I asked why all ingredients were missing they said they didnt have it .....!?! - No privacy, you can hear everything from the other rooms. The people who stayed there also did not take into consideration other guests, and the hotel managers did nothing about it. - No relaxing ipportunity by the pool -Basically no hot water for a shower.. - The staff was nice but I wouldnt say attentive..

Amazing service and beautiful place

Angie, the girl at reception was amazing and very helpful. The place is lovely very quiet, right in the middle of the old city, very good breakfast and beautiful room.

Warm staff and convenient location

The customer service was over the roof!!! All the staff were so friendly, helpful and welcoming. We had conversations as though we knew each other for a long time. And Angie is an Angel. OMG!!!! She is even more beautiful on the inside than she is on the outside. The Hotel is also strategically located close to the historical centre and a range of businesses which offer a variety of tours.

Highly recommend

I like the fact that was in a small quiet street, near the attractions, very clean. The from desk girl Angy was just an amazing person, very helpful, friendly and knew a lot about the place. I could go on about her. Same for the lady who cooked the breakfast, she was lovely and the menu had a great deal of breakfast options. Very affordable place. Highly recommend.

The location was nice.

The location was nice. Easy access to everything within ciudad amurallada. The breakfast was good.

The smell of the pillows and the sheets where not comfortable or clean enough. The bed was too small. There is no drinking water inside the hotel at all. You need to go outside and buy from the supermarket that is 2 blocks away.

Beautiful little hotel in a great location within Centro. Super close to many great restaurants.

We loved the staff there. There were sweet and very helpful. Breakfast was included and it was delicious! The property is super tiny with only 5 rooms, so it is very homey and quiet. It is also located perfectly near a square where things are happening during the day and night, but far enough from the loudness.

The only things that weren’t excellent was the size of the bathroom (it was very small) and the pool. It didn’t smell great when we first arrived, but it was cleaned the next day so...

Simple and great location

The location is great. It's a small house with a few bedrooms, just perfect for a short stay. Very friendly staff, good breakfast and comfortable beds.

The amenities in the rooms could be a bit better; they should also change the towels daily.
